Shipping and Delivery
please be aware, majority of the time we only produce peices once an order is confirmed with us. Often times, we do have a set amount of items already produced because demand for that item may be high and so it will be ready to ship as soon as order is confirmed.
These are hand made -- please allow up to 5-10 days after you placed your order for your item to ship. It may take longer or shorter time for your item to ship depending on the number of orders we have and when you placed your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receieve a tracking number.
Belen Creations is not responsible for items lost while in delivery route.
For items that arrive damaged, please refer to our returns and exchanges page.
Please keep in mind - each peice is hand made- there may be a slight difference in product you receive and the product we are demonstarting- so slight you may only be able to see it through a magnifying glass. Belen Creations will never send an item of a different material than the one listed in description. Belen Creations will never send a damaged product or a product completely different than the one we have listed.
