Returns and Exchanges

At Belen Creations we strive to make every piece of jewelry as precious and beautiful as the person purchasing the item whether it be as a gift for a loved one or themselves. 

We carefully inspect each item before shipping but if your item arrives damaged (incidents, although rarely, do occur) please send us a picture by email to info@belencreations immediately the same day you received it. 

If photo via email is not received within 48 hours of delivered time shown in our system, unfortunately we will not be able to assisst you with a return, refund, or exchange. 

Belen Creations is not responsilbe for jewlery damaged due to improper care. 

If for whatever reason item purchased did not meet your expectations you may return item to us only after the following is completed:

• email info@belencreations photo(s) of item in exact new condition as it was shipped and explain why item did not meet your expectations
• send the email mentioned above within 48 hours of delievered time shown in our system (which matches the time you received your order)
• receive an email of approval for return from Belen Creations stating it is now acceptable to mail us your return
• mail your return to: 425 NW 27 AVE #351482 Miami FL 33135 

please be aware there is a 20% non refundable fee on any and all items purchased due to the fact that we produce each style of jewelry based on demand and these are ready-to-ship items only half of the time. We at times may produce certain styles only until a certain quantity of that style is placed. 

(shipping fee(s) are not included in this 20%, shipping fees are non refundable)

To cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 10% of the total amount of the purchase. To cancel a purchase, please send us an email at info@belencreations.com. within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
